Refund eligibility may depend on the product type (live workshop, digital course, bundle), the timing of the request, and completion status. If a refund window is stated at checkout, that policy controls. Where permitted, we may deny refund requests for content that has been substantially accessed or downloaded.

Taxes may apply depending on your location. You are responsible for any bank fees, currency conversion charges, or additional costs imposed by your financial institution.

Our total liability for any claim related to the services will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim within the twelve (12) months before the event.
